As of the date above, to the best of our knowledge and
within the scope of operations of Keep Secure VPN:

  1. We have not received any legal process that we are
     prohibited from disclosing to our users (including
     but not limited to national security letters or
     orders issued under seal).

  2. We have not been compelled to grant any third party
     access to user data, network traffic, encryption keys,
     or server infrastructure.

  3. We have not implemented, and have not been asked to
     implement, any form of surveillance capability,
     backdoor, or data-retention mechanism beyond what
     is described in our public privacy policy.

  4. We are not aware of any compromise of the systems
     used to operate our service.

This statement is provided voluntarily. It is not legal
advice. The absence or non-renewal of this statement
should not be interpreted as confirmation that any of
the above has occurred — only that this statement is
no longer being actively maintained.

This statement will be renewed no later than 2026-06-23.
